The Winters Leadership Memorial is the centerpiece of Ephrata's Veterans' Plaza and honors all veterans and men & woman who have served in our military.
The Winters Leadership Memorial Committee was established to fund the creation of Ephrata’s Veterans’ Plaza and the Winters Leadership Memorial at its center. The plaza and memorial serve to honor all veterans and recognize the sacrifices they have made in service to our country. With the plaza now complete, the committee continues advancing this mission through several annual initiatives: hosting a luminary tribute along the Winters Memorial Trail each Veterans Day, contributing to Keystone Military Families’ Stockings for Soldiers program, and installing personalized commemorative bricks for those wishing to honor a veteran.
