On October 8, 2026, Mainspring and YSM presented the draft Design Plan for the Mountain Springs Recreational Preserve. Thank you to everyone who joined us. If you couldn’t make it, or want to take a second look, all materials are below.

It is important to view the entire presentation to gain a full understanding of the project as a whole. Please watch the full recording before sharing your feedback. Hearing the whole story helps you shape an informed opinion, and informed feedback makes the strongest plan for Ephrata.

How to Take Part

2. Explore the maps. Click the links below to see the proposed trails, access points, and conservation areas up close.
3. Share your thoughts. Once you’ve watched the presentation and reviewed the map, tell us what you think. Feedback is open through Thursday, October 15.

Responses will be reviewed and plans revised accordingly before sharing the final Master Plan with  Borough Council, which holds final decision-making authority on the Preserve.
