Mainspring of Ephrata will celebrate the grand opening of Turtle Hill Candle Co. with a ribbon cutting on Friday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m. at the shop’s new retail location, 20 W. Main St. Customers will find the shop on the second floor, right above Griddle & Grind Cafe + Creperie. They can grab a favorite coffee, browse the shelves and enjoy the day in the cozy upstairs.
For five years, Turtle Hill has crafted premium candles and wax melts in small batches, hand-poured in the heart of Ephrata, and sold its scents to customers nationwide. The new storefront brings that craft to Main Street with handcrafted candles, home fragrance, thoughtfully curated gifts and plenty of little treasures to discover.
“We are so excited to open our doors on Main Street,” said Meghan McVaugh, owner of Turtle Hill Candle Co. “We are incredibly grateful to our customers for making our growth over the last few years possible and for allowing us to continue chasing our dreams.”
Turtle Hill Candle Co. will raffle off a coffee lovers gift basket with over $100+ worth of merchandise including coffee house inspired candles, wax warmer, artisanl soap and bath bombs, espresso candy, and more incluidng a $20 GC to Griddle & Grind.
Griddle & Grind will have a food special for the day.
