The StorySLAM is an open mic event in which storytelling is a friendly competition. Story slams must be original and about yourself and storytellers have 5 minutes each to tell their story.
Stories must be based on a predetermined theme chosen for the evening. No notes are allowed: stories must be told and not read. The New Main Story Slam concept will be open to the public.
If you are interested in “telling your story”, join us the night of the event and put your name in a hat. If your name is randomly selected, you go onstage to tell your true story.
