Experience Christmas at the Cloister, a cherished “Lessons and Carols” program held in the historic 1741 Meetinghouse. This annual celebration will feature the story of Christmas as told through Scriptural readings, stirring music by the Ephrata Cloister Chorus, and carols for all to sing together. The evening will conclude with light refreshments including hot mulled cider and cookies in the Visitor Center auditorium.
This year’s event will be held on Monday, December 8, and Tuesday, December 9, with two performances offered each evening at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Seating is limited, and tickets are required for entry. Tickets for Christmas at the Cloister will be available to purchase in advance online through the website, and in-person at the Museum Store or Visitor Center.
Advance tickets are required; no tickets will be available for sale at the door. As seats for this gathering are available on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage early ticket purchases. Admission to Christmas at the Cloister is $10/person ages 3+. Use the button below to purchase tickets online.
